Rep. Maxine Waters has been very LOUD in her ridiculous attempt to impeach President Donald Trump. In her speeches, interviews, and tweets, Waters tirelessly warn the public against the “evil” President of the United States:
Example, just earlier this month:
Imagine the President of the United States rolling around the West Wing, disoriented, ranting, angry, carrying on and paranoid, dreaming up public policy — it's a dangerous thing for America. Get ready for impeachment!

Perhaps she is halfway mistakenly confusing herself with the President…No one will ever really know what the *bleep* is going on with this woman.
Waters, however, has not always felt so strongly about impeaching a president.
Check this out:
During the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton in 1998, Waters blasted Republicans for trying to carry out the proceedings while American troops were deployed.
“How must our American soldiers feel to have their commander in chief under attack while they are engaged in battle?” Waters said on the House floor. “They have the right to feel betrayed and undermined. Today, we are hearing the people’s house debating the partisan impeachment of the president of the United States of America.
“This is indeed a Republican coup d’etat,” she continued. “Bill and Hillary Clinton are the targets, and the Republicans are the vehicles being used by the right-wing, Christian coalition extremists to direct and control our culture.”
