Just In: Broward Deputies Were Ordered to NOT Enter School. And That’s Not All

Laura Ingraham has come forward with some answers.

Many people have been wondering why the police took so long or even refused to respond to the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting.

Officers chose to stand outside the building besides their cars with their guns drawn instead of entering the building to engage the shooter. This has caused a lot of backlash towards the Broward County Sheriff’s office and deputies. The host of Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle, Laura Ingraham, has come forward with her opinion on the matter.

Laura Ingraham has laid out on the table some devastating news regarding the Broward County Sheriff’s deputies this Monday night. Most Americans are aware that the officers took too long to engage the deranged gunman Nikolas Cruz and enter the school at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. However, many are not aware as to why they took so long. Laura Ingraham has come forward with some answers.

From americanewscentral:

The deputies were told not to enter the school where 17 people were slaughtered unless their body cameras were turned on!

But that’s not all. Medical personnel was not allowed into the building, either!

From Daily Wire:

On Monday, Fox News host Laura Ingraham revealed in an exclusive that Broward County Sheriff’s Deputies were supposedly told not to enter Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School unless they had body cameras on, which they did not have.

Fox News later reported that Broward County Sheriffs deputies would not let medical personnel into the school while students bled out until the school was cleared.

From Mediaite:

“As the moment we find our agency up against a flurry of media allegations and a personal attack against our Sheriff, SI stood with us now and we must stand with him,” the email read. “It’s important that they know we ‘stand as one’ during this difficult time.”

Ingraham later broke another exclusive report that may shed light as to why several armed deputies were waiting outside during the shooting.

According to “sources near the Broward County Sheriff’s Office,” the deputies who arrived at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School were told not to enter the building “unless their body cameras were turned on.”

Absolutely devastating!

It’s past time for Broward County Sheriff, Scott Israel, to resign.

From National Review:

It is impossible to imagine circumstances under which Broward County sheriff Scott Israel could attempt to perform his duties with the confidence of the public. He should resign immediately, and if, as he promises, he refuses to go quietly, then he should be shown the door by the people he professes to serve.

The numbers tell the story: 23 sheriff’s calls involving the Parkland shooter; 18 sheriff’s calls involving the shooter’s behavior directly (some of the others were principally about his brother); four sheriff’s deputies, armed and trained, cowering outside the high school while the killer within carried out his massacre; 17 dead.

In spite of having the school’s armed “resource officer” — an on-site deputy — and three other sheriff’s deputies outside the school during the massacre, no one lifted a finger to stop the shooting until police from Coral Springs arrived and entered the building, at which point the killer escaped, walking off the campus with the rest of the stunned students. He then walked down the street to a fast-food restaurant and ordered himself a drink, and wandered around the neighborhood for a while (past an elementary school) before being spotted by a Coral Springs police officer, to whom he surrendered without incident. He eventually made his way into the Broward County sheriff’s custody — when he was delivered there in handcuffs.
